Up for nomination are three books I'm currently reading. We all have different opinions and this is my favorite post of the week because I get to see your views! It's neat to see how we are all fabulously different.
The Sentences:
1. If music were wind, I would live in a hurricane.
2. "Please, not the kumquat marmalade again," Willow Watts whispered as an elderly lady beckoned with a spoonful of jelly. (this was probably a giveaway, but it's fabulous regardless).
3. I twirled aimlessly in my chair when I heard the shop bell ring, announcing someone's arrivla.
The Reveal:
1. Secret Title
2. Secret Title
3. Secret Title
What order would you try these novels out? What's your reasoning?

Tuesday Twists
Hello newbies! This is one of my favorite posts… I’ll share three sentences below and you tell me which one’s you would read based on the sentence! Then click the link to see what novel you chose! Share your thoughts!
The Sentences
1. The first time I met Josh, I thought he was a nice guy but a transient friend. (Note: For this one the second sentence won me over… but the rules are the first sentence. Boo).
2. I can be so, so quiet.
3. Starting middle school might feel like the scariest thing in the world to you right now.
The Secrets
1. Book #1
2. Book #2
3. Book #3
So what would you read? I chose differently this week. Ones a standalone, ones part of a series and the other is just plain random. Care to guess what's what before you click the links?

Being Bold and Taking Chances
So today there will be no linkage for books to add to the TBR pile. I will just be sharing three of my first lines for novels I'm working on. This is where I decided to be bold (and possibly stupid) all while taking a chance.
I know a lot of you love the dark, paranormal, sci-fi, dystopian style novels (yes I realize those are all different), however today I'm sharing three of my OWN first sentences and I'll warn you... They aren't dark, paranormal, sci-fi dystopian style novels. They're chick lit. Which still can be fun... and since you heart me (don't lie, I know you do) you'll read them because you like to support me (shameless plug for when I'm published of course).
So let's not waste me selling myself away for the following three sentences.
Sentences
1. Why couldn't I just love Phillip?
2. Housewives must meet the following requirements: Cooking - Shit, first requirement and already I was in over my head.
3. Everyone thought I was a whore.
Titles
1. 30 Guys in 30 Days
2. The Beginner Housewife
3. Job Hop to Hunk Hop
So there you have it. A little piece of me. Feel free to share what you would read based on the first sentences or share a sentence of your own!

Awesome First Sentences... or are they?
For all those who are new, Tuesday Twists are where I’ll select three novels and share their first sentences and a link to reveal that said title. From there rather than judging a book by its cover you’ll instead you’ll judge a book by its first line.
Here we go!
Sentences:
1. I wait.
2. Talk about random.
3. I am ninety.
Results:
1. Secret Book Revealed
2. Secret Book Revealed
3. Secret Book Revealed
Author note: I got luck choosing three books that had such short sentences. I wanted to add a second sentence but that would be cheating so I refrained. For my opinion I believe #1 is the best book I've read this year so far!
