Three Days A Week

I've decided to take the plunge. That's right, I'm following the blogging brick road and jumping down to a mere three days a week. You love substance, heck, so do I. That's what I plan on giving you. In blogging Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I hope to keep the blogging ideas fresh and more time to visit all of you!

I'm sure I'll have slip ups, and with the YA Heroine Tournament the days are most likely going to be screwed up this month. Alas, that's where the focus will be. Having fun in the blogging world and reminding myself why I joined in the first place.

So, is there anything special you'd like to see on Unedited? Favorite posts? More funnies? Just share in the comments and I'll make sure notes are taken!

Jen, those days sound good to me. That's when I blog. And three days a week mean I never lack for a post.

I was wondering how long you could keep up the hectic schedule. I don't know how you manage to blog, comment AND write as much as you do. You wear me out! hahaha

That's a good idea. I look forward to more interviews, first liner posts and random funnies. Anything really. I like your blog :)

I agree with more substance. Cutting back to three days of blogging helped me. :)

You'll probably do just fine on three days a week. Nobody can be everywhere, do everything, all the time.

I've decided recently that I really need to blog. So, let me know how this three days a week goes for you. I may have to follow suit.

Sounds good! Even the best writer can't, I think, come up with something of substance on which to blog every, single day. That's why agents sometime repeat old blog posts.

Three days a week should help you manage the blogging thing--the longer you do it the more work it becomes.

Content? I could use some tips in who will win from week to week in the NFL. I'll check back and see how that suggestion materializes.

Have a good weekend Jen.

Three days a week works for me much better now, I find. It's hard keeping up with five days! I reckon you'll be even more awesome (if that's possible!).

I've dropped down to 2 days a week, and for me, it's been perfect. I love all your posts, so I look forward to whatever you share. :)

Whatever works for you. I'm easy (at least that's what is scribbled on the bathroom wall). :)

The three days a week thing seems to be what most bloggers are doing these days. No matter what you pick I think it's great, as long as you give readers the head's up (like you did just now).

Write anything you like and I will check it out!

I did this a while ago and really felt freed up. Hope it's the same for you!

Yay for having fun and doing what works best for you! I definitely support that. :) Happy Friday!

Girlfriend, I admire how much and how long you've been blogging! You're seriously amazing at it. I know your posts will still be awesome even if less frequent.

I've cut WAY back on blogging due to time constraints. You do what you gotta do!

Sounds like a great blogging schedule to maintain.

I must admit that the posts where you share some random conversation between you and your husband tip me over the "laughed so hard I nearly peed my pants" fence. What a riot.

Sounds like a good plan! I will be here for all your blogging awesomeness! :)

I've cut back to three - M-W. Sometimes I blog more, but always at least 3 times a week.

I found it was essential to cut back if I wanted to comment back on everyone's blogs. People are often leaving comments on my non-posting days, so I need to play catch up on those days too.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are good days to blog since I find those are the most popular blogging days in the week.

I totally feel you! I only blog like twice a week now and still have a hard time keeping up with everyone!

Blogging three days a week is manageable, but if you slip up now and then, we won't hold that against you!

I think that there are not set rules of blogging, so when you feel like writing a blog do it if not, then don't!

Good on you for doing this! I think a lot of people are hesitant to blog less often, thinking that more often means more of a fan base...but I think it's more about the content and the quality, than the frequency. *shrug* Anyway--didn't mean to drag on there--I hope this works out well for you, and that you have lots of fun! :)

This is something I'm still working hard at. I "attempted" the 3 day a week schedule so far I"m not doing too swell even on that, but that's mostly because I barely know what day it is. I think scheduling my posts would help but I'm so not that organized. Let me know how it goes for you and how you manage to fit everything all in. I love blogging and I miss the "fun" I use to have with it.

Until now I only blogged twice a week, to see if I could keep it up. I'm moving to three times a week now but I think that will be my limit :-)

I'm glad you're doing what works for you.

Three days a week is still plenty of Unedited goodness! I'm looking forward to your posts, as always. :)

I'm sure this new blogging schedule will be easier. I always love your first lines posts.

I do think it's hard to keep the momentum going...I haven't blogged for ages (Uni commitments!) but have recently come back to it. I'm sure blogging three days a week will be easier for you.
