feeling insane

Hi my party bloggers!!!!

Have you missed me? You know, my real voice? The one that normally graces this lovely blog (it's my blog, I'll call it like it is).

I've missed myself recently, it seems these SpEcTaCuLaR interviews have taken over my blog and though I wouldn't change it for the world, I wanted to make sure that all my besties still knew I was out there.

Jess this is for you!!!

I think it's important as bloggers to keep your voice, your style, and still support causes. Writing contests, Joy 2 World contests, and interviews are fantastic to share, however we also don't want to forget about ourselves. Which I have recently done... for that I'm sorry.

Next week you'll see a little more ME time :)

I have not disappeared, I'm still alive and want you all to know that even though I'm feeling a bit insane at the moment, I'll have it underwraps when my blogging personality comes back...

wait a minute...

that's not right, I'll actually be more insane by then.

Then again, you love my insanity don't you?

SO I leave you with this... love me and all my craziness, and while you're at it, to get the old me back I want some CRAZY QUESTIONS from my crazy favorite bloggers. If you don't understand check my best pal Vicki's post today and you'll know what I'm looking for!

Don't forget SOPHIE JORDAN is on my blog today!!! She's fabulous!!! Please stop by!

Aw, Jen, you are the sweetest most kind hearted gal I know! :o) hehehe

Ok, I got a question for ya.

When you're eating a salad at a restaurant, and a fancy lettuce stalk accidentally goes up your nose while attempting to insert it into your mouth, what do you do? Try to hide it, or joke about it?

Have a great day, Jen! Nice to see your 'face' again ;o)

Jen, thanks so much for your lovely compliment about my blog. It was great to see you there. I look forward to your crazy return to yours.
Have a great weekend. :)

Okay, here's a question, since I don't know you well at all: What's your favourite book? (No cheating! Your favourite book *ever.*)

You are too kind...I'm glad you enjoyed my informal Q&A.

I used to have a recurring dream as a kid (still have it as an adult sometimes) that aliens have landed and are looking for me. It's dark, the mother ship is just down the street, and they are closing in. WHAT do you do?

(Might I suggest you not hide in the closet? They ALWAYS look there...)

Uuuuhmm... Have you ever thought you'd sell your soul for a piece of chocolate?

If yes... what kind and what kind of volumes are we talking about?

I think you come across as yourself very nicely in your interviews.

Questions:
If you could be a flower what flower would you be? What does your brain sound like when you're writing?

Stina said...

yay, I came back from my vacation at the right time :D

I'll get back to you on the question. *dusts brain off*

Have a great weekend, Jan.

I know how you feel. for some reason, interviews and book reviews don't connect with a reader as much. But they're important!

You're so sweet. Not crazy. I know what you men though.
Question: you are suddenly sucked into another dimension, what is the one thing you want to have sucked with you? (does that make sense?) What would you want with you from this dimension?
Yes, my brain is tired.

I try to do an interview only once every week or so as to not loose my blog identity. I know exactly what you mean! Some weeks all I do is talk about flute, and other weeks it seems like all I do is rant about queries.

if a tree falls in a forest, does it make a sound?

which came first, the chicken or the egg?

speaking of chickens, why DID the chicken cross the road?

how many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?

will the world ever know?

Yo Gabba Gabba - why? oh please why? both my eyes and ears are bleeding.

chocolate or vanilla?

Hi Crazy lovely Jen! I think your voice comes across in interviews just fine but its always good for some 'Me' time definitely. ;)

My question is: Of all the novels you have written thus far, which one has your favourite characters -and why? ;)

Have a super fab weekend! x

I’ve missed you. I’m pleased that you’re back. You take my mind off the monsoon rains and Thailand’s performance in the World Cup Qualifiers.

All the best from Boonie S

Jen, while I've enjoyed your interviews, I have missed your voice, here and at my blog.

Blogs are a wonderful way to promote and support causes. The blogging community never ceases to amaze me.

i DO miss you! but your interviews are fun too!

umm...crazy question:
if you were only given these two options to consume for the rest of your life, which would you pick?
jellified smurf, jerk-i-fied griffin, or starvation?
:)

My question: What was your favorite board game to play as a kid and why? (Inspired by your candyland shirt).

Glad to see you back!

I have totally missed you! Your interviews are awesome, but yes, I miss the craziness.

How do you handle computer failure (any kind from internet down to viruses to total crash)? Cry? Panic? Toss the whole thing out the window?

Glad you'll be back to you yet, cause you know you rock :)

Hmm. A question...if you could be a tree, what kind of tree would you be?

JEN!!!!!!!! So good to hear from you!! haha

Jen, you are THE sweetest blog buddy every :) I love each one of your posts, interviews and everything else.

Hmmm. . . a crazy question. . .

What did you used to pretend to be when you were a kid? Like if you were playing something imaginary.

Joanne Brothwell said...

Which superhero would you be?

Anonymous said...

I've missed you but I've been pretty quiet myself, so no judgment here. Still <3 you.

Did you have an imaginary friend when you were little? If yes, tell us about him/her!

I may even reciprocate that Q&A someday.

omg--lol! I love everybody's questions--esp Jessica's! Now I'm all blocked...

OK, how about this one. It's lame, I know: Flying or invisible: Which super power would you choose and why?

Emily White said...

Aww, Jen! I've loved your interviews! I don't comment much because I really don't know what to say, but I'm there like a stalker...hovering where you can't see me. ;)

Question:

There are three types of people in this world. Those who can count and those who can't. Which one are you?

Sitting Behind Homeplate said...

What villain would you be?

Rockstar or moviestar?

Pink or orange?

Great idea!

If you could have cake or ice cream -but never both- for the rest of your life, which would you choose?

Candyland said...

First-YAY for more JEN!!! WOOO!!!
Hmm. now a question...
Okay, if you HAD to choose between Brady and Brady, who would it be? Oh wait...Let me try again.
If New Medicine toured with any band that would make you say "I HAVE TO GO!!!" Who would it be?

Jolene Perry said...

Which books have you read that as soon as you put them down, you kind of wanted to start at the beginning again, and which books are you looking forward to re-reading?
Okay, I know this is kind of a twist on the same question, but I'm curious.

Lynda R Young as Elle Cardy said...

Would you rather be insane and intersting or sane and boring? ;)

Would you choose the road that's straight and open with broad skies above? Or would you choose the winding road which is shadowed by forest?

Kimberly Franklin said...

No worries, we all go a little crazy sometimes. :)

The Words Crafter said...

It's always interesting and fun here, so no worries! Hmmmm, if you had to marry one, who would it be? Aragorn? Frodo? Legolas? Eomer?

N. R. Williams said...

You're going to be busy with all those questions. don't let any of them keep you awake at night. If you could never write again, what would you do? Let's qualify that and say because something happened to your figures.

Have you ever been hungry and didn't know what you wanted to eat, so you didn't eat?
I know you said one question, but does that sound crazy?
