Agent Love

Don't worry, this is still Tuesday Twist. It's just an extra twist (so fun right?)!

I've chosen this week to feature novels that an agency has taken on. Since all of us are in the querying stage at one point in our writing lives this might give you an extra name you might not have originally thought of!

So let's get started... this week's agency is Park Literary.

First Sentences

1. The problem with Burbank, Nikki decided, was that it wasn't in black-and-white.
2. The M.D. doesn't mean what you think it does.
3. "I read your emails," I tell Stuart.

Secret Titles

1. Secret Revealed
2. Secret Revealed
3. Secret Revealed

So, would you read any?

Author note: This took a lot more time to research then just the regular one's but I had a lot of fun and new authors were featured!

Hmm...#1 seemed pretty interesting. It definitely made me curious to read more.

#3 sparked an interest for me. I want to know what the emails are about.

#2 reminds me of a bunch of guys in high school who called themselves the M.D.s. Based on that I'd pass, but the other two look interesting.

number 3 made me curious enough to click the link and check out the amazon page. Sounds like an interesting & different premise.

Guess I should go check out Park Litereary now, too. Thanks, Jen!

I think #1 did the most for me, but they're all intriguing. Thanks for the links to some new books, and the time it took to research them for your post :)

They're all interesting, but I'll go with # l.

Jen, you're an angel - first the major intro to blogging followers, now, you LinkIn-ed me first and connections are growing. Thanks!

Oh, number 3, for SURE :) That just screams conflict. Though I think all of these first sentences are interesting enough to make me want to keep reading...
