i'Ve LoSt My MiNd... SeRiOuSlY

Are you curious?

Wondering how I've lost my mind yet?

I've joined NaBloWriMo. Yup, I did.

For those of you unaware it means I'll be writing everyday... and I mean EVERYDAY for the month of October. I don't expect everyone to comment away, after all some days the posts might really suck. I hope they won't. But they might.

Okay so weekends are for fun. Well I would like to think every day here is fun, but on Saturday and Sunday they will be mindless. I'll talk of movies, candy, fall, anything I want. So are you ready?

Since we've fallen into October, and you know it's my favorite thing, it only makes sense that I share my favorite things... HEY... maybe on the weekends I'll post my favorite things *makes notes*

Favorite FALL Movies...

You've Got Mail
Meg Ryan, Tom Hanks, the perfect holiday combination. (Owning a beautiful bookshop helps!)

Step Mom
Susan Sarandon, Julia Roberts, the perfect holiday combination. (Makes you laugh, cry, and want the family connection in the end!)

While you were Sleeping
Peter Gallagher, Sandra Bullock (noticing a trend) the perfect holiday combination. (Romance, unobtainable men, awesome family, what's not to love!)

Sleepless in Seattle
The duo are at it again! Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan continuing to swoon woman all over the nation!

I know you can do it! Can't promise I'll comment every day though. Would that be NaBloCoWriMo?

Eeek, my head hurts...

I've been watching YOU'VE GOT MAIL this week. Guess it is something about fall and that movie. Good luck with NaBloWriMo.

Yay for posts every day! Also, a great list of movies. But...Sleepless in Seattle is the movie with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. While You Were Sleeping is the Sandra Bullock movie! And it's also one of my favorites :)

Good luck with your NaBloWriMo!

I'm doing NaBloWriMo too. I'm hoping I don't slip into mindless posts, but ... it could happen.

I love Step Mom!

I'm in too. Made a plan and loused it up already. LOL
Now you've put those great movies in my head I'll have to watch them.
Good luck with the posts.

My favorite fall movie is INDIAN SUMMER about old friends who reunite for a week. It's got Diane Lane and some other folks--beautiful foliage shots...*sigh* wish I had time to get apple cider and donuts and just veg all day!

Ooh fun! I love While You Were Sleeping but always think of it as a winter movie. For fall movies I love Practical Magic!

It'll be interesting to see what you come up with by day 30...hee.

But if all else fails just review one of the movies or books you love; I'll bet there's a lot more than 30 of those. Good luck! And while I may not comment every day, I'll definitely be reading every day:)

I haven't heard of this challenge. You're a brave girl! Have fun with it. :)

You are very daring. I personally don't think I'd have it in me to post every day of the month without resorting to posting nonsense regularly. Good luck. Looking forward to reading it. :)

Oh wow, good luck with NaBloWriMo. I know I couldn't do it (says the girl who posts once a week, lol)!

Now you've got me wanting to watch all of those movies again. I love them all, but it's been a long time since I've seen them.

Good luck with the posting this month! I kinda thought about giving it a go, but not too hard nor too long. I figured if I could make time for that then I could make time for writing instead. We'll just have to see how that works out ;-)

Good luck with your posting every day. I couldn't do it. It would take time away from writing my bood. Which I should be doing now!

I like three of the four movies you listed, but I consider WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING (my favorite by far) a Christmas Movie for some reason. I don't think of Peter Gallagher in it, I love Bill Pullman!

Stacy McKitrick said...

Okay - see I can't write. I need to go back to my BOOK!

Is this blogging every day or writing in general every day? Let me know! I'm interested in seeing how it goes.

Oh man, you need to add Still Breathing to your fall list. Man looking for the woman of his dreams (literally.) She turns out to be a con-artist. Wonderful.

Big challenge!

haha! I have favorite season movies too! And three of your choices: Sleepless in Seattle, While You Were Sleeping and You've Got Mail are my WINTER movies!! LOL! I don't know why but they are. Probably because I reserve most of October and part of September for scary movies. Yup, that's probably it. :D
