So last week on our way to work my hubby and I had an interesting conversation, and since our last one did so well on the blog and you begged for more I thought I'd oblige. Here you are...
Me: My eyeball hurts.
Hubs: What did you do to it?
Me: I don't know but it feels like it's popping out.
Hubs: I'm sure it's fine.
Me: *closes eyes* *touches them* *analyzes size* No, the left one is definitely bigger.
Hubs: Are you sure it wasn't that way to begin with.
Me: With as much as it's bulging out I think you'd notice you married a girl with an oversized eye, so no.
Hubs: *silent*
Me: Well?
Hubs: Well what?
Me: What should I do about it? It can't fall out can it?
Hubs: No Jen, your eye isn't just going to fall out.
Me: It's in there tight enough?
Hubs: Can you see out of it?
Me: *blinks a few times* *carefully rubs eye* Yup.
Hubs: Then go to work.
And I'm still wondering why he sticks around. Though to be honest I'm still sure my eye was bigger than usual. Possibly due to swelling of some zombie like disease that will soon sweep that nation. I'm sure of it. You've all be warned - oversized eyeballs a serious illness (causes irritation, not blindness, weird looks, or inability to work. Unless people just find you weird, in which case that was well before the eyeball grew).

Oooh, yet another sign that the season of the zombies is upon us!!! Woooooooooo (that's supposed to be a spooky wail FYI LOL)
If anything, you warned him. It's his own fault if he becomes dinner one night this week. :O)
I credit him with not telling you to call the doctor or offering to make the appointment for you. When I go to my husband with random aches and pains, that's what he does. It always shuts me up. I don't want to actually see a doctor. I just want my husband (an electrical engineer) to tell me what he *thinks* it is. LOL.
Oh no, a weird zombie disease sweeping the nation! I need to go find a mirror and check on my eyeballs. :)
Did you ever see that Ripley's Believe it or Not episode where the lady could pop her eyeballs out several centimeters? Creepy.
It's the first sign that the Zombie Apocalypse is coming.
Maybe you've been straining your eye with so many hours in front of the computer screen.
Over-size eyeballs are HAWT!
wait....maybe thats boobs.
same thing
I remember hearing someone talk about what Summer referred to--the eyeball removal thing. Now that is a bar trick.
LOL, zombie eyeball disease! I definitely am not telling my kids about this post because it would guarantee a rash of zombie eyeballitis at the Garth household!
LOL! Jen! You are sooo craaazy! :D
do you have allergies? Sometimes I get weird swelling when the weather changes or I run the heater for the first time. Just keep an EYE on it... *snort*... :D <3
Good to know goofy conversations like this between couples are normal.
LOL! Sounds like you two can talk about anything!
Hee hee :) You guys make me smile :)

Hahaha! Love it!! My husband asked me the other day if his arms look longer. Longer?! What?! How could I even tell! I love weird couple conversations!
Hahah...this post made me giggle..You both are totally cute and super funny! Hope you are having a great day, sunshine. Muah
Hee hee. You two are so cute. I'm glad the eyeball didn't pop out. That would have been messy. ew.
I knew the zombie apocalypse would be upon u's soon. Love the conversations you have.
I love these bits! keep 'em coming!
Haha! So cute! I love it! Thanks for sharing!
Sounds perfectly normal to me.
That sounds like a typical convo for me and The Man. I adore your relationship.
Jen,
You are too cute. You might have strained it or a small blood vessel behind you eye might have inflamed. Does it hurt? If not try some warm compresses on it.
LTM is right, too. This could be some sort of allergy.
If it's still inflamed after a couple of days, I'd go see a doctor. You never want to fool around with your eyes.
OMG so glad I'm not the only one driving my husband batty with random symptoms. Besides, if it was the first signs of a zombie apocalypse he'd want to know, right?
Those zombies. They go after the eyes so they can get to your braaaiinnss!
I'm not sure...how do I even...I'm still giggling...this was just too hilarious.
Would it be possbile to have hubby post a blog of one of these random convos just to get his "take" because I have a feeling that would be side-splitting humor.
Hahaha! Hilarious conversation!
I once rubbed my eye so much that it my eyeball totally swelled up. There was very noticeable difference between the left and the right. It was gross. I will never do that again.
Okay, you win. Words have officially failed me :-)
LMAO! This is hilarious. My husband, btw, has to deal with a similar brand of crazy. :)
I didn't know my hub had a twin. He'd have made exactly the same non-response kind of response. All you really wanted was for him to kiss it or at least look at you. Yeah, I've been there.
