A story out of novels

I've seen two blogs working their magic with novels and I wanted to join in on the fun!

Tahereh called it A Poem of Novels

Christina Lee called it Titles Tell a Story

Either way, I call it GENIUS!

Here is mine!

I PROMISE NOT TO TELL
THE BODY FINDER
about the WHITE CAT
on THE NAUGHTY LIST
after I saw THE BOOK THIEF
CATCHING FIRE
IF I STAY these
IMPOSSIBLE dreams must stop
to which they reply YOU WISH

Do you have a story to tell from the novels you own?

Reminder: Next week I'll be blogging here M-W-F and over at Jules and the Stars T-Th I look forward to seeing you all there!!

Oh, that is COOL! I would have to get up and go look at mine, which I might do in a bit.

Clever; I love it!

That IS fun!

I found PERSONAL DEMONS
when I used THE SIGHT
as THE MAZE RUNNER.
I wonder, if I LINGER
or IF I STAY
for THE HEALING SPELL,
will I survive BEFORE I FALL?

So deep, right?

That's a lot of fun. What a great story you came up with. I'll have to try it.

Cool! I love the way you set them up!

All my book are library books--otherwise I'd do it.

I love this! How fun! Unfortunately, my book titles consist of only one book. Not much time for reading these days :(

Ah! Super cool. Mine would be primarily retelling the Harry Potter stories.

Ha, I love it! I'm going to have to assemble my pile from all over the house and see what it adds up to!

What a fun idea! I've decided to do it with the anthologies I've been published in:

I was HAUNTED by 100 STORIES FOR HAITI but THE MYSTERIOUS DR. RAMSEY had PATENTED DNA and created some CREEPY THINGS. His DAILY FLASH and FLASH! news had brought out the FEM-FANGS in me and my only escape was to put them with the other TRUNK STORIES.

Yours is made of all kinds of AWESOME!!!!! xo

Neat! Great job. I made a poem out of novel titles in the past but not a complete story.

So cool!!! Ok - here's my completely random attempt:

THE CHRONICLES OF...
THE ACTOR AND THE HOUSEWIFE
CATCHING FIRE
in THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS
near THE ENCHANTED CASTLE
for lovers, results in either
STARDUST
or an ENDER'S GAME.

Best I could do mish-mashing the books I had around me...but, what a fun idea!! Love it! Yours was excellent, btw - :)

That's a great one (oh, and I think I spot my old copy of "If I Stay" in the pile!).
